Step 1. Register your brand and connect the business website with Trust
You can treat a 'brand' in Trust as a business space where all your testimonials and reviews that belong to 1 business are stored.
In order to register a brand you need to add the full URL of your business website that is connected to this brand.
Each brand registered in Trust gets a unique website code.
You need to add this code to your website(-s) (similar to Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics Tracking Code) in order to display testimonials, reviews, and forms there.
Depending on the website builder you're using, the website code has to be installed on every page on which you'd like Trust elements to appear.
Step 2. Add your existing text and video testimonials to Trust (as well as video reviews from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or Vimeo)
Step 3. Import your reviews from 7 external platforms
Trust offers an easy way to sync your reviews from the following sites and display them on your website later on:
Step 4. Create online forms to start collecting new testimonials
A form is a dedicated landing page that allows people to share their text or video feedback about your business (no login required).
You can share them either by link or directly from your website.
Step 5. Display testimonials and reviews on your website
Trust offers the following trust-building website elements for you to choose from:
Widgets. They display testimonials and external reviews as a part of your website page.
Pop-ups. These are eye-catching and dynamic pop-up notifications that catch website visitors’ attention.
Floating Stars. This is a small icon with your aggregate rating, located at the bottom right/left corner of a web page. It shows all your customer reviews and also filters them according to the source when clicked.
Badge. It shows the overall customer rating and helps you demonstrate your battle-tested reputation.
Step 6. Show your overall customer rating in Google search results
Trust has a built-in Rich Snippet tool that displays your overall customer rating in Google search results and helps your website get found easier and attract more potential customers.
