Hello and welcome to Trust!

Our testimonial & rating platform is feature-rich, so I've prepared a beginner's guide for you. Every step includes links to other, more in-depth guides on the specific topic.

Table of content:

Step 1. Register your business website and connect it with Trust

You can treat a 'website' in Trust as a business space where all your testimonials, reviews, and ratings that belong to 1 business are stored.

Each website registered in Trust gets a unique website code.

You need to add this code to your website(-s) (similar to Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics Tracking Code) in order to display testimonials, reviews, ratings and forms there.

Depending on the website builder you're using, the website code has to be installed on every page on which you'd like Trust elements to appear.

You can share them either by link or directly from your website.

Step 5. Display testimonials and reviews on your website

Trust offers the following trust-building website elements for you to choose from:

  • Widgets. They display testimonials and external reviews as a part of your website page.

  • Pop-ups. These are eye-catching and dynamic pop-up notifications that catch website visitors’ attention.

  • Floating Stars. This is a small icon with your aggregate rating, located at the bottom right/left corner of a web page. It shows all your customer reviews and also filters them according to the source when clicked.

  • Badge. It shows the overall customer rating and helps you demonstrate your battle-tested reputation.
