You can treat a 'brand' in Trust as a business space where all your testimonials and reviews that belong to 1 business are stored.
In order to register a brand you need to add the full URL of your business website that is connected to this brand.
Each brand registered in Trust gets a unique website code.
You need to add the code to your business website(-s) (similar to Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics Tracking Code) in order to display testimonials, reviews, and forms there.

If your website runs on WordPress, we offer 2 ways of adding Trust website code to it. You need to choose only 1:
– Free Head, Footer and Post Injections plugin
– Built-in WordPress plugin by Trust
As some people reported us about a conflict between our native WP plugin and other plugins they have already installed on their website, let’s start with the 3rd party plugin by Satollo.
❗ If you use any caching plugin, please clear your website cache before you start for better results.
Head, Footer and Injections plugin
1. Register your brand following “Settings → Brands & Websites → Register Brand” and add a full web address of your business website (e.g. https://abc.com) there.
If you have Off the Ground or Business plans, you’re able to add several brands to Trust and you’ll see them listed in the “Brands” tab.
2. Each brand has a unique website code (similar to Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics Tracking Code) which you can find pressing the “Website Code” button in front of it.
3. Click “Copy to Clipboard” to copy the code. Later you will need to paste it to your WordPress account.
4. Go to the official page of Head, Footer and Post Injections plugin and download it.
5. Log in to your WordPress dashboard, then go to “Plugins → Add new → Upload Plugin“, find a necessary .zip file and click the “Install Now” button.
You can also find it directly from the dashboard following “Plugins → Add new → Search plugins Head, Footer and Post Injections“.
6. After the plugin is installed, click on “Setting → Header and Footer” and paste the Trust code to the “PAGE SECTION INJECTION → ON EVERY PAGE” section.
❗ Don’t forget to press “Save“.
7. When everything is done correctly, the date and time will appear in the “Last Seen” tab.
If there’s still a “–” sign, you should try to press the “Refresh the list” button, repeat all actions according to instructions or contact our support team.
Built-in WordPress plugin by Trust
1. Register your brand following “Settings → Brands & Websites → Register Brand” and add a full web address of your business website (e.g. https://abc.com) there.
If you have Off the Ground or Business plans, you’re able to add several brands to Trust and you’ll see them listed in the “Brands” tab.
2. Add Trust to each website with the help of a WordPress plugin with a unique .zip file which you can find pressing the “Website Code” button in front of it.
3. Choose the “Download WordPress plugin here” option and download a ‘trust.zip’ file.
4. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard, press “Plugins → Add new → Upload plugin”, then find the ‘trust.zip’ file, install it and activate.
5. After you see a sign “Connected”, you’re ready to start working in the Trust dashboard.
6. When everything is done correctly, the date and time of Trust code installation will appear in the “Last Seen” tab.
If there’s still a “–” sign, you should try to repeat all actions according to instructions or contact our support team.
