1. If your video testimonial is not approved yet, go to the “Video studio” tab, press “Actions”, and choose the “Download video” option.

2. If your video testimonial is approved, go to “Testimonials”. Choose a testimonial you need, and press the “Download” button.

3. That’s it! The video is saved to your “Downloads” folder.
