The Trust website code is a connector between your account in Trust and business website (similar to Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics Tracking Code).

After you added the website code, you can show your testimonials / reviews with different website elements by Trust.

Pop-ups and Floating Stars appear on your website without any additional settings (just enable these tools in your Trust account).

โ— Widgets and testimonial request forms in Trust can't be displayed on your website by just installing the general Trust website code. They have separate pieces of HTML code.

If you want to show testimonials / reviews with a widget, you need to add its code directly to the website page where you want it to appear.

The same goes for displaying forms as a part of the website page.
