You may have added the Facebook URL, the status is 'Completed', but there are no Facebook reviews in your Trust account.

You have to make sure that your reviews are set to public at Facebook.

For this you need to log out and open your FB page in the incognito mode. If the reviews are not visible, then no reviews will be imported to Trust as we scrape reviews by 'robots' that don't have Facebook accounts to log in :)

🔔 Note: Please note that Trust can only import reviews from business pages. The personal Facebook pages are not supported.
