It may happen that you don't see any reviews in the 'External reviews' tab.

Please make sure you've performed the following steps:

1. You've copied your existing external review profile URLs and pasted them to appropriate sections:

❗ If you're working with Google reviews, please make sure you've entered the Google Query correctly! Find out more about Google reviews here.

2. You've pressed the 'Save' button, and you see the 'In progress' status. Find out more about statuses here.

❗ Please note that sometimes the review scraping process may take from 1 to 12 hours.

4. Once done, you should see the 'Completed' status.

5. If you see the 'Invalid profile' status, remove the profile URL, click 'Save' and and copy & paste the correct URL to restart the process.
