Please make sure you've performed the following steps first:

1. The unique website code is installed on your website correctly & its status is active.

2. You've added existing testimonials / received new ones (there are any testimonials in the 'Testimonials' tab), and they have a status 'Published' (visible to others).

3. Or / and you've imported external reviews to Trust and published them as testimonials.

4. You've created a widget, or enabled pop-ups or / and Floating Stars.

5. You've assigned the necessary testimonials to the widget / pop-ups.

6. If you're working with the widget, make sure you've added its code to your website page where you want it to be displayed.
