How to activate or deactivate a campaign?


Campaign activation is the process of launching your already configured campaign to send out the emails.  It helps create awareness, drive interaction, and build trust with your audience.

Activate a Campaign

1. In the Automate section, navigate to the Campaigns menu.

2. Navigate to any of the campaigns you want to edit information.

3. Click on the Edit button under the Actions column on the Campaigns page.

4. Under the General tab, toggle on the Active field.

5. Click the Save settings button.

6. Check the updated information is successfully activated.

Deactivate a Campaign

1.To deactivate a campaign that is no longer required, toggle off the Active field.

2. Click the Save settings button.

3. Check that the updated campaign information is successfully deactivated.
