Add Floating Stars to your website

A floating small icon will appear at the bottom right or bottom left of any webpage representing an aggregate rating about you, and clicking can bring out all customer reviews and even filter it on the basis of sources. 

Below is a complete guide to the Floating Stars settings and how you can update them.

Activate/Deactivate Floating Stars

Follow the steps below to enable or disable Floating Stars

  1. In the Display section, go to the Floating Stars menu.

  2. Go to the General tab, toggle the Active toggle field and click the ‘Save’ button.

Select Widget Visibility on Floating Stars

  1. In the Display section, go to the Floating Stars menu.

  2. Navigate to the General tab.

  3. Go to the Widget Visibility field.

  4. Choose from the two options: All pages Specific pages only

  5. Click on the Save button.

Turn on/off Show Widget on Mobile on Floating Stars

  1. In the Display section, go to the Floating Stars menu.

  2. Go to the General tab.

  3. Navigate to the Show Widget on Mobile toggle field.

  4. Toggle off the field to temporarily stop the option from displaying on your mobile.

  5. Click on the Save button.

  1. In the Display section, go to the Floating Stars menu.

  2. Navigate to the appearance tab.

  3. Click on the Choose Avatar drop down menu to select an existing image and click Save.

  4. If there are no existing images available, click on the arrow symbol.

  5. Select your image and click Open.

  6. Crop your image to your desired size and click Save.

  7. Your image will be uploaded. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

  8. You have now successfully updated your Floating Stars Logo.

Customize Appearance on Floating Stars

Follow the steps below to customize the appearance of your Floating Stars.

  1. In the Display section, go to the Floating Stars menu.

  2. Navigate to the Appearance tab.

  3. Make any necessary changes by updating on any of the fields as needed: Title Logo Style of icon Icon Image Use Webpage Font Position Advance Settings

  4. Click on the Save button.

Advanced Settings

  1. In the Display section, go to the Floating Stars menu.

  2. Navigate to the Appearance tab.

  3. Locate the Advanced Settings field.

  4. Click on the toggle of the Advanced Settings field.

  5. Make any necessary changes by updating on any of the fields as needed Horizontal Offset (Desktop) Vertical Offset (Desktop) Horizontal Offset (Mobile) Vertical Offset (Mobile)

  6. Click on the Save button.
