Import Contacts
How to import contacts?
Contact importing is one of the most important building blocks in effective management of your network. You can also import multiple contacts from any source-these might be in spreadsheets, email accounts, or even another CRM system. That's a very large risk for occurring, time and human mistake.
1. Use a spreadsheet program (like Excel or Google Sheets) to organize your contacts using the contact template.

2. Ensure that your file includes necessary columns, such as First Name, Last Name, Phone. Email, and Image URL for the contacts you want to import.

3. Save and check that the file is saved in CSV format.

4. In the Collect section of the Trust app, navigate to the Contacts menu.

5. Click the Add Contact button to select options on how you will add your contacts.

6. Select the Import Contact option.

7. Locate and click on your saved CSV file on the file browser.

8. Click the Open button on the file browser.

9. Ensure that all fields are correctly mapped.

10. Click on the Import CSV button to start the import process.

11. Allow time for the import to complete and ensure for a confirmation message indicating import success.
