Delete a Campaign

How to delete a campaign?

Users delete a campaign on the Trust app to remove unnecessary clutter, better manage information, or to make sure that only relevant information is retained. 

1. In the Automate section, navigate to the Campaigns menu.

2. Navigate to any of the campaigns you want to delete.

3. Click on the ⋮ button beside the Contacts to Campaign button.

4. Click the Delete option.

5. Click the Delete button on the Caution window to successfully remove the campaign.

6. Verify that the recently deleted campaign is no longer showing from the campaigns list.
