How to search for an archived form?
Forms by Trust let you easily gather testimonials from your customers and clients.
Searches for archived forms are necessary in order to access previous histories, comply with the necessary standards, and retrieve information that might still be pertinent for analysis or reporting.
Archived forms could indicate very important information on past processes, decisions, or trends that could help organizations make decisions about the current projects. Further, knowing where to find archived forms helps to keep an excellent record-keeping system, which would allow organizations to access the previous practices and improve the next ones.
1. In the Collect section, navigate to the Forms menu.

2. Navigate to the Search for a form name bar on the Archived forms tab.

3. Type relevant keywords for the form name into the search bar.

4. Browse through the search results to find the specific form you need.
